Spicy Noodles: A 5 minute recipe

For the bachelors who simply can't be bothered to cook! For those who live busy lives and have no time to dedicate to cooking! This simple recipe will save you both time and money! It will save you money spent on takeaways.

That's a fact!

Anyways, I'm sure anyone of West African descent will know about this beautiful brand called Indomie.... The most popular brand of noodles in most West African countries :)

Ingredients

2 Packs of Indomie Noodles (or 1 Superpack)
Half an onion bulb
Dried/ground pepper
1 tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
Crayfish (optional: Corned beef, tuna and sardines)
Instructions
  1. Bring water to boil in a pan
  2. Add the pepper, and sliced onions and allow to cook for 2 minutes
  3. Add the noodles and oil 
  4. Add the crayfish, or corned beef, or tuna, or sardines (or you can even put everything in the pot if you like! each to their own oooo)
  5. Add the Indomie seasoning in the pack
  6. Let cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat
  7. And Voila!!! Job done!!! Serve and Enjoy
  8. Add a boiled egg for that extra nice African taste!!!
  9. Or even fried plantain!!!
  10. To give it the extra extra special feeling; oven grilled Gammon will also be a plus!!! hehehe
  11. Ok, I am getting carried away now! 
  12. Okbye!

Serves 1 Person!!

NB: If you do have a big appetite; you can cook 3-4 packs of Indomie
